Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut 3/4-inch thick
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 carrots, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Season flour with salt and pepper.
    Dredge meat in seasoned flour.
    Place onion in crock-pot. Add meat.
    Top with carrots and celery.
    Cover with tomato sauce. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 minutes and then on high for 3 to 5 hours.
