Smothered Green Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, cored and coarsely chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/4 tsp. dry minced garlic
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Melt butter and bacon drippings in large saucepan.
    Add cabbage; cook and stir until tender-crisp, about 10 minutes.
    Add garlic, caraway, salt and pepper.
    Stir in soup; heat and serve. Yields 8 servings.
