Braised Green Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash, diced
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    3 to 4 onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil until tender.
    Add squash and stir a few times.
    Add tomatoes, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer. Cooking time is 30 minutes.
