Pot Roast And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. roast (round steak is good, too)
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 large onions, sliced
    1/2 c. hot water
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour and brown in margarine.
    Remove meat. Slice onions in baking dish and put meat on top.
    Add water and soy sauce.
    Cover and bake 2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Serve over rice.
