Sunday Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. brisket
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    vegetables (potatoes, carrots and onions)
Preparation
    Before going to
    bed for evening (10-10:30), put roast in crock-pot, fat side up.
    Mix gravy and water and pour over roast. Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and turn pot on low.
