Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 stick margarine
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted margarine
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix together until crumbly.
Spread on top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 10.
