Spinach Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. cooked chopped spinach
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs

Preparation

Make a white sauce with milk, butter, flour and cheese.
Add eggs, spinach and bread crumbs.
(After cooking the spinach, pat it in paper towels to remove some of the water.)
Grease a ring mold.
Put mold in pan of boiling water and bake 1/2 hour in 425\u00b0 oven.
