Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 fresh mushrooms (about 1 lb.)
    1/4 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (1 3/4 c.)
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine.
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, onions and chopped stems until browned and vegetables are tender; stir to separate.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1/4 cup sauce, bread crumbs and cheese. Spread remaining sauce in bottom of baking dish.
    Fill caps and place in baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
