Individual Cherry Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
    Add milk and egg yolks, beating until smooth.
    Stir in lemon juice and set aside.
    Beat egg whites and salt until soft peaks; fold in egg whites in lemon mixture.
