Ingredients

2 tsp. unflavored gelatin (1 pkg.)
2 Tbsp. cold water
4 Tbsp. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. heavy cream
1 pkg. chocolate cookie crumb crust
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl or cup (to soften).
Add boiling water and stir until dissolved; set aside. Mix together sugar, cocoa, vanilla and heavy cream; beat on medium until stiff.
Add gelatin mixture, pour into pie crust and chill overnight.
