Paul'S Stir-Fried Rice With Ground Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. ground beef
    1 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    2 1/2 c. steamed rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Heat the wok, then add oil.
    Put the mixed vegetables in the hot wok.
    Stir-fry the mixed vegetables for about 5 minutes.
    Add the beef and stir until it's cooked.
    Then add the rice, salt, ketchup and sugar.
    Stir-fry until the rice is fried.
