Peas And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 (17 oz.) can green peas, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Arrange one package of broccoli (thawed) in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover with peas.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, onions, cheese and eggs.
    Pour 1/2 sauce over broccoli.
    Put next package of broccoli and remaining sauce.
    Top with crushed crackers.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
