Samboosa Holwah(Fried Nut Triangles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground cashew nuts (raw)
    1/2 c. ground walnuts
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 to 1 tsp. ground cardamom
    10 sheets fillo pastry
    oil (for deep frying)
Preparation
    Combine cashew nuts and walnuts in a bowl with sugar and ground cardamom to taste.
    Add water (2 teaspoons) and knead well with hands until mixture clings together in a coarse paste.
