Spinach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Cook spinach as directed on package, but without adding water. Drain thoroughly.
    Mix batter in heavy pan; add flour, stirring constantly.
    Stir in milk gradually.
    Stir into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Place in pan of hot water and bake for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
    Serve from casserole or unmold.
