Unbelievable Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Combine and stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
Ignore lumps and spoon into cold cupcake pan (well greased).
Makes 12 cupcakes.
Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and bake for 5 to 10 minutes more.
Delicious served as rolls or with afternoon snack.
