Beer Tempura Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flat beer
Preparation

Place eggs, flour and salt in bowl; mix well.
Gradually stir in beer; beat just until smooth.
Let stand 1 hour or refrigerate overnight.
Yields approximately 2 cups.
