Chicken Bulgarian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken
    1 c. yogurt
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. ground cardamon
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine yogurt, salt, garlic, cardamon, chili powder and cinnamon.
    Marinate chicken in yogurt mixture at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
    Place chicken in baking pan, skin side up. Combine flour with marinade and spoon over chicken.
    Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until tender in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Baste occasionally with marinade.
    Serves 4.
