Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Crisco
    5 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix the flour, salt and Crisco until crumbly.
    Add the milk; do not handle much.
    Roll into 2 pie crusts.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes for empty pie shells.
