Greek Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. hamburg
3 onions, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. cumin
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 c. water
2 cans tomato sauce (15 oz.)
Preparation

Brown meat and drain off fat.
Add spices and rest of ingredients.
Cook slowly, stirring often, until thickened.
Serve over hot dogs and hamburgers.
This recipe freezes well.
