Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine egg, milk and salt together.
    Then add all-purpose flour to the mixture until a stiff dough forms.
    Roll very thin on a floured surface.
    Set aside 20 minutes.
    Slice 1/4-inch wide. Spread out and let dry for 2 hours.
    Drop into boiling broth and cook, uncovered, until tender.
