Hellmann'S Hawaiian Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour, unsifted
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    2 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
    3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Stir together flour, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    In large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, mayonnaise and pineapple until well blended.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
