1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour or cornstarch
1 stick oleo
4 eggs (separated)
4 c. milk
vanilla flavoring
coconut
2 baked pie crusts
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, and cornstarch. Add melted butter, 4 egg yolks, and milk, stir until well mixed. Cook in microwave two minutes at a time until thick. Add vanilla and coconut. Pour into two baked pie shells. Top with meringue.
