Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
    1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    1/3 c. commercial sour cream
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Spoon into a slightly greased 2-quart casserole. Drizzle with butter. Sprinkle almonds on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
