1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions, divided
