Chocolate Orange Eclairs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, cut up
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs (room temperature)
    2 1/2 c. Chocolate Orange Custard (see Confectioners Custard)
Preparation
    Melt butter in water; bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Remove from heat.
    Immediately beat in flour and salt all at once.
    Beat vigorously over low heat until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a ball, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating with mixer until smooth and glossy after each addition.
    (Small amount of dough will stand erect when scooped on a spoon.)
    Spoon 1/4 cupfuls into 4 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch \"fingers,\" about 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
    Prick sides with a fork; cool away from draft.
    Cut off tops.
    Remove soft dough from inside.
    Fill each with 1/4 cup Chocolate Orange Custard.
    Replace tops; frost with Chocolate Glaze.
