Pineapple Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    Ritz crackers, crushed (enough to absorb melted margarine)
Preparation
    Put pineapple in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix sugar, flour, cheese and pineapple juice.
    Spread over pineapple.
    Top with soaked crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
