Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, at room temperature
    10 oz. extra sharp Cracker Barrel cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick and grated cheese; add sausage, blend well. Shape into small balls.
    Freeze on cookie sheet.
    Store in plastic bag in the freezer.
    Place frozen balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 dozen.
