Steak And Tomato Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1/2 c. flour
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato puree
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Coat meat on both sides.
    Brown in large skillet on both sides.
    Add remaining flour to drippings. Add onion, tomato puree and sugar, plus 1 cup water.
    Cover and put in 350\u00b0 oven and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
