Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. cooked noodles
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of pepper
2 c. milk
1 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. (1/4 lb.) diced cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles until tender.
Drain.
Make sauce with butter, flour, seasonings and milk.
Cook sauce over low heat, stirring constantly until thick and smooth.
Remove from heat.
Add ham, cheese and noodles.
Mix well.
Pour into oiled 2-quart casserole and bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until top is light brown.
