Lemon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 c. milk
1 large (or 2 small) lemons, grated
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

After grating lemons, juice lemons and save separately. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cream together sugar and butter.
Add beaten eggs and blend well.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into the egg mixture alternately with milk.
Stir in the lemon rind.
Beat well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. (Note:
Can be blended in food processor if desired.)
