Peanut Butter Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    graham cracker pie crust
    1/4 c. peanuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until creamy.
    Fold in peanut butter, milk and vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Fold in 2/3 of Cool Whip.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Top with remainder of Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with finely chopped peanuts.
    Chill well before serving.
