Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 qt. popped corn
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir sugar, butter, syrup and salt in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes, without stirring.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla and soda.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Stir, mixing well. Put in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes to coat corn.
