Dieter'S Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 clove garlic
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, finely cut up
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    1/2 tsp. fennel seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 to 2 c. flour
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
Preparation
    In skillet, cook meat and garlic until brown; drain.
    Stir in undrained tomatoes, onion, oregano, fennel and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to boil; reduce heat.
    Boil gently, uncovered, about 30 minutes.
