Key Largo Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded or chopped cabbage
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 small carrot, grated or shredded
1 Tbsp. Key lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Add lime juice to the chopped vegetables and mix thoroughly. Then add salt, sugar and mayo.
Again, mix thoroughly.
Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
