Aunt Jean'S Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb hamburger
    2 pkg tortilla shells (about 24)
    5 - 10 oz cans enchilada sauce
    3 pkg enchilada seasoning
    2 pkg mexican shredded cheese
    1 medium onion, diced
    sour cream
    salsa
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and 1/2 of onion, drain well.
    Put back in skillet on low heat, add seasoning and mix well.
    Set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
