Shrimp-Avocado Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 ripe avocados
1 tsp. lemon juice
12 to 16 oz. peeled, cooked shrimp, thaw if frozen
1 c. thinly sliced celery
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Italian dressing
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel, pit and dice avocados.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Add shrimp and remaining ingredients.
Stir together and let stand while chilling, for several hours.
Serves 4.
