Cheese And Fruit Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    salt
    margarine
    2 c. cottage cheese, drained
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. strawberries or raspberries
    1 or 2 tsp. powdered sugar (if desired)
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, beat together eggs and milk.
    Beat in flour. Let stand 15 minutes.
    Melt margarine in large skillet (crepe skillet).
    Make them thin.
    Cook until golden brown.
    In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and milk. Process until smooth.
    Serve on crepes.
