Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    dash of salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
    1 baked pie shell
    meringue
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Microwave on High for 8 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.
    Mixture will be thick.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Pour into baked pie shell; top with meringue.
