Mushroom Croustades(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 slices thin wheat bread, cut in 3-inch rounds
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/3 c. finely chopped green onion
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage, browned and drained
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Carefully fit bread into lightly greased mini muffin tins, pressing gently into sides to form cups.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until firm to touch.
