Ann Landers' World Famous Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground round steak
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. ketchup
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix (sometimes I use 1/2 pkg.)
2 strips bacon (optional)
8 oz. can Hunt's tomato sauce

Preparation

Mix ingredients thoroughly, except bacon and tomato sauce. Put in loaf pan with 2 strips of bacon on top, if you want bacon flavor.
Pour the tomato sauce over the loaf.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
