Swedish Meatballs In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. (4-serving size) noodles Romanoff
Preparation
    Soak
    bread crumbs in milk.
    Mix in ground beef, onion, egg and seasonings.
    Shape mixture into 1 to 1 1/2-inch balls. Melt butter
    in\tlarge skillet, add meatballs and brown on all sides. Cover; simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
