Stuffing And Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1/3 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. margarine (lite)
    2 c. Stove Top chicken or pork flavor stuffing mix
    4 pork chops (boneless and fatless)
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
    Mix water and margarine in a bowl.
    Stir in stuffing mix, half of the peaches and syrup.
    Arrange chops in baking pan.
    Cover with stuffing mixture and top with remaining peaches.
    Drizzle with mustard.
    Bake 60 minutes.
