Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 large sweet potatoes
inside pulp of 2 or 3 oranges
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Karo syrup or 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 bag large or small marshmallows

Preparation

Peel and cook sweet potatoes until they are soft enough to mash.
Move to a large bowl and add ingredients.
After thorough mixing of ingredients, taste; if you need anymore of the ingredients, add in pinches.
Mix marshmallows into the mixture and put remaining marshmallows on top of potato casserole.
Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 until marshmallows are brown and melted.
You can add pineapple or raisins if you like.
