Fajita In A Pita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil-free Italian dressing
    1/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    4 (4 oz.) chicken breasts, skinned, boned and sliced
    1 medium sweet red pepper, sliced
    1 medium sweet yellow pepper, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 (7-inch) pita halves
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. picante sauce
Preparation
    Combine dressing and soy sauce over chicken breasts; marinate, covered, 6 to 8 hours, chilled.
    Grill or stir-fry chicken slices. In skillet, saute all vegetables in marinade until tender-crisp. Fill pita halves with chicken strips and vegetables.
    Serve with yogurt and picante sauce.
