Chicken And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breast strips
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    4 c. combined raw vegetables (red pepper strips, broccoli flowerets and water chestnuts)
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce (more to taste)
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    In large skillet, stir-fry chicken in oil until brown.
    Add broccoli, pepper and water chestnuts.
    Stir-fry until tender.
    Mix broth, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, cornstarch and sugar and add to skillet.
    Bring to a boil one minute or to taste.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
