Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 2/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until combined.
    Stir in nuts.
    Turn into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool on a rack.
    Wrap and store overnight.
