Any Fish
Beaten Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Commercial Potato Flakes
Butter
Lemon Juice

Preparation

Clean, wash and ry fish thoroughly with towel.
Dip in beaten eggs.
Salt and pepper fish and roll in commercial potato flakes.
