Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2 1/2) can sauerkraut, drained
1 scant c. sugar
1 c. celery, diced
1 c. red and green pepper, diced
1 medium onion (I use green onions), diced
1/2 c. salad oil
pimento
Preparation

Toss together and refrigerate overnight.
Pimento would be okay to give the salad color, if no red pepper.
