Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, grated
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
    Form into small balls.
    Place in large glass baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam.
    In saucepan, combine soup, water and ketchup.
    Heat to boiling.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Cover with glass lid or foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done.
