Angel Food Dream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) containers lite Cool Whip, thawed
    3 (8 oz.) containers nonfat strawberry yogurt
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    3 small or 2 large angel food cakes
Preparation
    Combine Cool Whip and yogurt with wire whip.
    Add strawberries.
    Tear cake into small pieces; add to mixture. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
    Serves 12 to 16.
    (This is very low-fat!!!)
